بررسی مقایسه‌ای نظام ارزشی فرهنگیان (مدیران و معلّمان) شهرستان دشتستان بر اساس نظریه ارزش‌های بنیادین شوارتز

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی و مقایسه‌ نظام ارزشی فرهنگیان (مدیران و معلّمان) و ابعاد نظام ارزشی آنان بر اساس نظریه ارزش های بنیادین شوارتز بود. بدین منظور، از میان مدیران و معلّمان شاغل در مدارس دوره‌های گوناگون تحصیلی شهرستان دشتستان (واقع در استان بوشهر) در سال تحصیلی 89 - 1388، نمونه‌ای به حجم 327 نفر، با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب گردید. جهت جمع‌آوری داده ها، از مقیاس زمینه‌یابی ارزش‌های شوارتز که شامل ده گونه ارزشی در قالب پنجاه و هفت عبارت ارزشی است، استفاده شد. روایی ابزار یاد شده بین 76/0– 36/0 و پایایی آن 74/0 محاسبه گردید. نتایج بدست آمده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری‌های پی در پی نشان داد که نظام ارزشی مدیران و معلّمان این شهرستان مشابه یکدیگر و به ترتیب شامل ابعاد ارزشی خیرخواهی، جهان‌گرایی، امنیّت، خوداتکایی، سنّت، قدرت، همنوایی، موفقیت، برانگیختگی و لذّت‌طلبی بوده و بین این ابعاد ارزشی در سطح 0001/0 تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. افزون بر این، نتایج بدست آمده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس دوسویه نیز نشان داد که بین ابعاد نظام ارزشی مدیران و معلّمان، بر اساس متغیرهای جنسیت، دوره‌ تحصیلی و سابقه خدمت، تفاوتی معنادار وجود ندارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the study was to investigate and compare value system of principals and teachers as well as the dimensions of their value system based on Schwartz's fundamental values theory. To this end, A sample of 327 Principals and teachers was selected using stratified random method in the academic year 2009 – 2010. For data gathering, Schwartz Value Survey was used and its reliability was between 0/36 and 0/76 and its validity was 0/74. Data analysis (ANOVA) indicated that the value system of principals and teachers was similar it included dimensions of benevolence, universalism, security, self-direction, tradition, power, conformity, achievement, stimulation and hedonism. There was a significant difference between these dimensions at 0/0001. Furthermore, the results of two-way ANOVA showed that there was no significant difference between dimensions of value system of principals and teachers in terms of variables of gender, academic levels and year of experience
