رابطه یادگیری سازمانی و خودکارآمدی مسیر شغلی با اشتیاق کاری مدیران

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه یادگیری سازمانی و خودکارآمدی مسیرشغلی با اشتیاق کاری مدیران در شرکت سهامی ذوب آهن اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی مدیران شرکت سهامی ذوب آهن اصفهان بود که تعداد آنها 75 نفر و حجم نمونه 62 نفر تعیین گردید. ابزارهای جمع آوری داده ها در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های، یادگیری سازمانی گومژ و همکاران (2005)، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی مسیرشغلی بتز(2004) و پرسشنامه اشتیاق کاری شوفلی و همکاران (2006) بوده که روایی محتوایی هر سه پرسشنامه به وسیله اساتید متخصص علوم تربیتی، روان شناسی و مدیریت مورد تایید قرار گرفت و ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه ها به ترتیب 92/0، 93/0 و95/0بدست آمد. در این پژوهش از آزمون-های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل واریانس چندگانه، رگرسیون گام به گام و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش رابطه معنی داری بین یادگیری سازمانی (32/0═ r) و اشتیاق کاری مدیران وجود دارد. هم چنین، رابطه ای معنی دار بین یادگیری سازمانی با خود کارآمدی مسیر شغلی (36/0═ r) دیده شده است. نتایج رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد که اشتیاق کاری مستقیما تحت تاثیر یادگیری سازمانی (68/0═ β) است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship of organizational learning and career self- efficacy to work engagement at Isfahan Steel Company. Descriptive correlational method was used in the current research. The research population consisted of 75 managers at Isfahan steel company. A sample of 62 participant were selected from this population. Research instruments were three questionnaires: Gomez, et.al’s (2005) organizational Learning, Betz’s (2004) career self –efficacy and Schaufeli, et.al’s (2006) work engagement . The Validity and reliability of all three questionnaires were verified by educational experts at 0.93, 0.92 0.95 respectively. In this research, the Pearson correlation coefficient, variance analysis, multiple stepwise regression, path analysis were used. Findings showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational Learning ( r=0.32) managers’ work engagement and career self –efficacy (r=0.36) . The results of multiple regression also showed that work engagement directly affected organizational learning (β=0.68).
