رابطه ی بین سلامت سازمانی با استقرار مدیریت مدرسه محوری

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر، تعیین رابطه بین سلامت سازمانی با استقرار مدیریت مدرسه محوری مدارس متوسطه شهر شیراز بوده است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و از حیث روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق مدیران متوسطه، شامل مدیران مدارس(دخترانه-پسرانه) و (دولتی-غیرانتفاعی) نواحی چهارگانه‌ی شهر شیراز که تعداد 310 نفر در سال تحصیلی 90-89 بوده‌اند، درنظر گرفته شده است. تعداد 175نفر نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، دو پرسشنامه شامل پرسشنامه‌ی سلامت سازمانی با 44 سوال و پرسشنامه‌ی مدیریت مدرسه محوری با 42 سوال است. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ی سلامت سازمانی از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ در سطح 84/0 و پرسشنامه‌ی مدیریت مدرسه محوری در سطح 85/0 محاسبه شده است. اطلاعات حاصل با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی نظیر آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون پارامتری t (دو نمونه‌ای) و برای آزمون نرمال بودن داده‌ها از نمودار احتمال نرمال و آزمون نرمال بودن اندرسن- دارلینگ تجزیه و تحلیل شد، نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد: 1) بین تمامی ابعاد سلامت سازمانی(یگانگی نهادی، مراعات، ساخت‌دهی، حمایت منابع و نفوذ مدیر، روحیه و تاکید علمی) با استقرار مدیریت مدرسه محوری رابطه وجود دارد. 2) بین میزان سلامت سازمانی با استقرار مدیریت مدرسه محوری در مدارس متوسطه‌ی دولتی و غیرانتفاعی شهر شیراز، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد 3) بین میزان سلامت سازمانی با استقرار مدیریت مدرسه محوری در مدارس متوسطه‌ی دخترانه و پسرانه شهر شیراز تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. 4) بین سلامت سازمانی(سطح نهادی، اداری و فنی) مدارس متوسطه شهر شیراز با استقرار مدیریت مدرسه محوری رابطه وجود دارد که این رابطه در سطح نهادی کم و در دو سطح اداری و فنی قوی می‌باشد. 5) بیشترین ارتباط با متغیر استقرار مدیریت مدرسه محوری را گویه‌ی ساخت‌دهی از سطح اداری سلامت سازمانی و کمترین ارتباط را میزان یگانگی نهادی از سطح نهادی سلامت سازمانی دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between organizational health and the establishment of school-based management in high schools of Shiraz in the school year 2010–2011. Out of a population of 310 high school principals in Shiraz, 175 respondents were sampled according to Morgan’s table using stratified random sampling method. Data were collected through two questionnaires, that is, an organizational health questionnaire with 44 items, and a school-based management questionnaire with 42 items. Using Cornbrash's alpha their reliability was assessed to be 0/84 and 0/85 respectively. The data were analyzed using multiple descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between all components of the organizational health and the establishment of school-based management. Further, There was no significant difference between private and public schools in terms of the relationship between organizational health and the establishment of school-based management. It was also demonstrated that there was no significant difference between girls and boys high schools in terms of the relationship between organizational health and the establishment of school-based management.
