رابطه بین حمایت سازمانی و خودکارآمدی شغلی با رفتار شهروند سازمانی کارکنان

چکیده

هدف از این مقاله، بررسی رابطه بین حمایت سازمانی و خودکارآمدی شغلی با رفتار شهروند سازمانی کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت می­باشد. روش از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت می­باشند که تعداد آنها در زمان پژوهش برابر با190 نفر بود، نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل90 نفر از کارکنان بود که از طریق شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات سه پرسشنامه رفتار شهروند سازمانی پودساکف و همکاران (1990) پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شغلی شرر و همکارانش (1982) و حمایت سازمانی آیزنبرگر (1986) بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و ضریب رگرسیون چند گانه انجام شده است. یافته­های تحقیق نشان داد که بین حمایت سازمانی و خودکارآمدی شغلی با رفتار شهروند سازمانی رابطه مستقیم معنادار وجود دارد و از ابعاد خودکار آمدی شغلی، ابعاد پافشاری بر انجام کار و میل به ادامه انجام کار با رفتار شهروند سازمانی رابطه مستقیم معنادار دارند

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-efficiency and organizational support with organizational citizenship behavior. A descriptive and correlational research method was adopted. The study population consisted of 190 employees from which a sample of 90 members was selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments included three questionnaires: organizational citizenship behavior scale (podsakoff, 1990) self-efficiency scale (Sherrer et al, 1982) and organizational support questionnaire (Eisenberger, 1986). The data was analyzed using multivariate regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship among self-efficiency and organizational support with organizational citizenship behavior.
