رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با کارآفرینی کارکنان

چکیده

     این پژوهش با هدف توصیف رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با کارآفرینی در بین کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت به تعداد170 نفر که 115 نفر از آنها به عنوان حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع نمونه‌گیری طبقه ای نسبتی بوده است. برای گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه‌های کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1970) با پایایی 85/.، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پودساکف (1999) با پایایی90/. و پرسشنامه کارآفرینی پارسونز (1998) با پایایی 86/. بهره گرفته شده است و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها در سطح آمار توصیفی از روش­های آماری میانگین و انحراف معیار و در سطح آمار استنباطی از روش­های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که بین کیفیت زندگی کاری با کارآفرینی رابطه معنا داری وجود ندارد. اما در سنجش فرضیه فرعی این پژوهش که رابطه بین ابعاد کیفیت زندگی کاری با کارآفرینی بررسی شد، نتایج نشان داد که از بین ابعاد کیفیت زندگی کاری بین دو بعد رابطه اجتماعی زندگی کاری و انسجام اجتماعی زندگی کاری با کارآفرینی کارکنان رابطه معنا دار وجو دارد. هم­چنین نتایج حاصله حاکی از این بود که بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با کارآفرینی کارکنان و بین ابعاد رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با کارآفرینی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship between the quality of life and organizational citizenship behaviors with entrepreneurship among the employees of the Islamic Azad University Marvdasht Branch. The research method was descriptive Correlational. The target population was all 170 employees from which115 was selected using random stratified sampling method based on Morgan Table. In order to collect the data three questionnaires were utilized: a) Fort Walton’s (1970) quality of life, b) Podsakoff’s (1999) organizational citizenship and c) the Parsons’ (1998) entrepreneurship questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires were .85, .90, and .86 respectively. The data was analyzed using inferential statistics such as correlation coefficient and multivariate stepwise regression. The results showed that the quality of life of have meaningful relationships with entrepreneurship. The results also indicated that the organizational citizenship behaviors have relationship with entrepreneurial employees.
