مقایسه عملکرد کارکنان ادارات دارای ثبات و بدون ثبات مدیریت کشور

چکیده

        هدف از انجام این تحقیق، مقایسه عملکرد کارکنان در ادارات کل تربیت بدنی دارای ثبات مدیریت و ادارات کل بدون ثبات مدیریت در کلیه استان­های کشور بوده است. نمونه آماری در گروه مدیران با توجه به جامعه آماری مدیران (90 نفر) به صورت سرشماری برابر با جامعه تحقیق انتخاب شد. جهت نمونه گیری در گروه کارکنان ادارات کل تربیت بدنی، با توجه به اینکه تعداد کل جامعه آماری کارکنان در ادارات دارای ثبات مدیریت، 2779 نفر می­باشد (مربوط به 16 استان)، نمونه گیری تصادفی کارکنان، 338 نفر و از 2475 نفرکارکنان در ادارات کل بدون ثبات مدیریت (مربوط به 14 استان)، تعداد 331 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری در نظر گرفته شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری تحقیق، پرسش­نامه استانداردعملکرد کارکنان بر اساس مدل اچیو می­باشد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، از روش­های آماری استنباطی، آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، آزمون لون، آزمون تی (t) مستقل و فریدمن بهره گرفته شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که، بین ابعاد و خرده مقیاس­های عملکرد کارکنان (توانایی کارکنان، وضوح نقش، کمک و حمایت سازمانی، انگیزه کارکنان، ارزیابی، اعتبار و محیط) و در نهایت عملکرد کارکنان در ادارات دارای ثبات مدیریت و بدون ثبات مدیریت در ادارات کل تربیت بدنی کشور، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research was to compare dimensions of employees’ performance in Physical Education departments with management stability and instability in Iran. The group of managers consisted of 90 people. To sample from the  employees in the Departments of Physical Education, out of 2779 people in departments having management stability, (Relating to 16 provinces) 338, and out of 2475 employees in departments having management instability, (Relating to 14 provinces), 331were randomly selected. The research instrument was standard questionnaire of performance. To analyze the gathered data, inferential statistics such as Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Leuven test, independent t test (t) and Friedman were used. The results of the research showed that there is a meaningful difference between the mean scores of the dimensions and subscales of the employees performance (staff abilities, clarity of roles, organizational support, employee motivation, evaluation, validation and environment staff abilities, clarity of roles, organizational support, employee motivation, evaluation, validation and environment) at Physical Education Departments  of offices with  management stability and those with management instability
