اثربخشی مشاوره شغلی مبتنی بر الگوی چند محوری شفیع آبادی بر رفتار کارآفرینانه دانش آموزان

چکیده

       هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر بخشی مشاوره شغلی مبتنی بر الگوی چند هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر بخشی مشاوره شغلی مبتنی بر الگوی چند محوری شفیع آبادی بر رفتار کارآفرینانه دانش آموزان پسر سال سوم دبیرستان بوعلی ناحیه 1 شیراز بود. روش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان پسر سوم دبیرستان بوعلی ناحیه 1 شیراز در سال تحصیلی 93- 92 بودند. نمونه گیری در این پژوهش به صورت تصادفی انجام شد. به این صورت که پس از اجرای پرسشنامه رفتار کارآفرینانه فکری، شفیع آبادی، نورانی پور و احقر (Fekri,Shafiabady,Nooranipour & Ahghar, 2012) از بین دانش­آموزانی که نمره کمتری درپرسشنامه گرفتند40 نفر به تصادف انتخاب و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه 20 نفره جایگزین شدند. سپس گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 5/1 ساعته آموزش رفتار کارآفرینانه براساس الگوی چند محوری شفیع آبادی دریافت کردند و در گروه گواه مداخله ای صورت نگرفت. داده­ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند .نتایج نشان داد که بین رفتار کارآفرینانه (خرده مقیاس­های تصمیم گیری، شناخت فرصت ها، تعیین ساختار، تامین منابع، و تعیین اهداف و راهبردها) دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنا داری وجود دارد. یعنی الگوی چند محوری شفیع آبادی موجب افزایش رفتار کارآفرینانه دانش آموزان پسر سوم دبیرستان شده است.

Effectiveness of Vocational Counseling Based on Shafiabady’s Multi-axial Model on Students Entrepreneurial Behavior

چکیده [English]

Current research examinee the effectiveness ofvocational counseling based on Shafiabady’s multi-axial model on entrepreneurial behavior of boy high school students. Research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. The thoughtful entrepreneurial behavior questionnaire by Shafiabady, Nooranipour & Ahghar (2012) was administered to all Bu-Ali high school male students at grade 3, district 1, Shiraz, during academic year 2013-2014, and 40 students who got the lowest scores were selected and randomly assigned into two groups  of experimental and control, each with 20 members. Then, the experimental group received entrepreneurial behavior teaching according to Shafiabady’s multi-axial model in eight 1.5 hours class sessions. Data was analyzed using covariance analysis method. The results suggested that there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in terms of entrepreneurial behavior (decision sub-scales, identification of opportunities, characterization of structure, supplying resources and specification of objectives and strategies), that is, application of Shafiabady’s model has developed entrepreneurial behavior among boy high school students at grade 3.
