تحلیل مسیر روابط لنگرهای مسیر شغلی با عملکرد مدیران

چکیده

       هدف از این پژوهش بررسی روابط بین لنگرهای مسیر شغلی با عملکرد و تحلیل مسیر این روابط در بین مدیران مدارس شهر سنندج در سال تحصیلی 92-91 بوده است. این پژوهش به روش همبستگی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری عبارت بود از کلیه مدیران مدارس ابتدایی، راهنمایی و متوسطه شهر سنندج. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران محاسبه شد و تعداد 133 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد لنگرهای مسیر شغلی شاین و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عملکرد مدیران بود. پایایی این پرسشنامه­ها با استفاده از روش آلفای کرانباخ به ترتیب 82/0 و 91/0 به دست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های جمع­آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS و Amos، از روش­ همبستگی پیرسون جهت بررسی رابطه بین لنگرهای مسیر شغلی و عملکرد مدیران و از تحلیل مسیر برای تعیین اثرات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم لنگرها بر روی عملکرد مدیران استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که روابط معنی­دار ضعیف و متوسطی میان لنگرهای فنی- کارکردی، شایستگی مدیریتی، امنیت- ثبات، استقلال- خودمختاری، خلاقیت کارآفرینی و چالش­های محض با عملکرد مدیران وجود دارد. همچنین لنگرهای استقلال- خودمختاری(98/0=β)، خلاقیت کارآفرینی(68/0=β) و امنیت- ثبات (40/0=β) تأثیر مستقیمی بر روی عملکرد مدیران مدارس دارند.

The research purpose was to examine the relationship between the career anchors and performance of school administrator. The study was correlational and the sample size was calculated using the Cochrane formula based on which 133 people using stratified random sampling method were selected from among all school administrators in elementary, middle and high schools in Sanandaj in the school year 2012-2013. The research tools included Schein career anchors questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire of the administrator performance. Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis by SPSS and Amos were used to analyze the data. The results revealed a significant positive relationship between the career anchors (technical/ functional competence, managerial competence, autonomy/independence, security/ stability, entrepreneurial creativity and pure challenges) and the performance of administrator. However, path analysis indicated that anchors autonomy/ independence, security/ stability and entrepreneurial creativity influence performance of administrator.
