اثر بخشی طرح مثلث موفقیت در افزایش عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

    این پژوهش با هدف تبیین اثر بخشی مشارکت والدین، معلم و دانش‌آموزان بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان سال سوم متوسطه انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل می‌باشد. متغییر مستقل در این پژوهش برنامه آموزشی برای مشارکت والدین، معلم و دانش‌آموزان با عنوان مثلث موفقیت می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم، سال سوم متوسطه استان فارس می‌باشد که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی از بین شهرستان‌ها انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه شامل 781 نفر می‌باشد که در شیراز از ناحیه چهار مدرسه شاهد پسرانه سیزده و از ناحیه دو مدرسه شاهددخترانه پانزده و دبیرستان دخترانه و پسرانه فسا به عنوان گروه آزمایش و دبیرستان دخترانه علامه امینی ناحیه یک و دبیرستان پسرانه سید احمد خمینی ناحیه سه و دبیرستان دخترانه و پسرانه کازرون به عنوان کنترل انتخاب گردید. داده‌ها از راه گردآوری کارنامه دانش‌آموزان در سال‌های تحصیلی 93-92 و 94-93 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه‌های پژوهش از روش آماری تحلیل کووارایانس استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان دادند که اجرای برنامه مثلث موفقیت، باعث بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان شده است. هم‎چنین، اجرای این برنامه باعث بهبود عملکرد دانش‌آموزان پسر گردید، اما در مورد دختران تفاوتی معنادار مشاهده نشد.

    The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the partnership of parents, teacher and students on the academic performance of students in the 3th grade of high school. The method of the study was quasi-experimental with pre and post-tests and the control group. The treatment was "successful triangular" to evaluate the partnership of parents, teacher and students. The statistical population of this study was the students in the second and third grade of high school in Fars province. They were selected by cluster random sampling method among the cities. The sample consisted of 781 students who were selected from Shahed high school in Shiraz, Fasa and Kazeron. The data were collected and used by the workbooks of students in 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 academic years. In order to analyze the hypotheses, the Covariance Method was used as the statistical analytic method. The results of data analysis indicated that the application of "successful triangular" caused the improvement of students' academic performance. In applying the successful triangular among both groups, there was a significant difference in the academic performance of boys. In applying the successful triangular among both groups, there wasn’t a significant difference in the academic performance of girls.
