رابطه بین عارضه‌های سازمانی و کیفیت زندگی کاری با اثر بخشی مدیریت سازمان

چکیده

    هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین عارضه­های سازمانی و کیفیت زندگی­کاری با اثربخشی مدیریت سازمان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد همدان بوده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد همدان به تعداد  346 نفر است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقه­ای نسبی و از جدول کرجسی و مرگان به تعداد 186 آزمودنی انتخاب شده است.برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های گرد آوری شده و آزمون پرسش­ها از روش­های توصیفی در حد، فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف معیار و از روش­های آمار استنباطی در حد ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمونt  برای گروه­های مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یک سویه، تحلیل رگرسیون با روش هم‌زمان و آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آنند که میانگین عارضه­های سازمانی ،کیفیت زندگی­کاری و اثر بخشی مدیریت سازمانی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد همدان بالاتر از حد میانگین 3 است. بین عارضه­های سازمانی و کیفیت محیط کاری، هم‌چنین، بین عارضه­های سازمانی و اثربخشی مدیریت سازمان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد همدان رابطه منفی و معناداردر سطح 01/0 وجود دارد. تفاوت عارضه­های سازمانی، کیفیت زندگی کاری و اثربخشی مدیریت براساس تحصیلات معنادار است.

    The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between Organizational diagnosis and quality of life work whit organizational management effectiveness in Islamic Azad University, Hamadan branch, from the perspective of employees in the 1391-1392 academic year. The research design of the study is Descriptive and correlational. The population included 346 people (all employees). Out of this population 186 participants were selected through Krejcie and Morgan table using a stratified random sampling. To analyze the collected data and to examine the research question, descriptive method was shown in the form of: the limit, frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistical procedures were displayed through Pearson correlation coefficient and t-tests for Independent groups, one-way ANOVA of variance and regression analysis. With simultaneous and post hoc, Tukey test was used. The results of the study showed that Organizational diagnosis, QWL (quality of work life) and organization management effectiveness in The Islamic Azad university, Hamedan branch are above average the most rate organizational diagnosis. There is a negative and significant relationship of the level of 0/01 between Organizational diagnosis and quality of life work, as well as between organizational diagnosis and organizational management effectiveness in Islamic Azad University, Hamadan branch.The difference of Organizational diagnosis, the quality of working life and the effectiveness of management in terms of education is significant.
