بررسی میزان قابلیت پیش‌بینی تنیدگی‌شغلی معلمان براساس مؤلفه‌های سلامت‌سازمانی و مهارت‌های‌ارتباطی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان قابلیت پیش­بینی تنیدگی­شغلی معلمان براساس مؤلفه­های سلامت­سازمانی و مهارت­های­ارتباطی صورت گرفته­است. روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه­آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مدارس ابتدایی دولتی شهر تبریز می­باشد. نمونه­آماری این تحقیق 120 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی به روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای از مدارس ناحیه 1 و 2 شهر تبریز انتخاب شد. جهت گردآوری داده­ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد مهارت­ارتباطی، سلامت­سازمانی و تنیدگی­شغلی استفاده شده­است. جهت تعیین روایی پرسشنامه، از روایی محتوایی استفاده­ شد. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی شد. به­منظور تجزیه­وتحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفی(میانگین، انحراف­معیار) و آمار استنباطی  (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان) استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین مهارت­های­ارتباطی و سلامت­سازمانی و خرده­مقیاس­های آن­ها با تنیدگی­شغلی رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد. همچنین مهارت­ارتباطی و سلامت­سازمانی پیش­بینی­کننده خوبی برای تنیدگی­شغلی نیستند.

چکیده [English]

This research Aim is study of Predictability level of teachers Job stress based on organizational health and communication skills components. Research method is correlation. Statistical Population is all of teachers at Tabriz public primary schools. Statistical sample include 120 teachers that selected by cluster method in district1 and 2 at Tabriz city. Data was gathered with three standard questionnaires, communication skills, Organization health and job stress. Content validity and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaires. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and regression analysis) were used. Results show that relationship between communication skills, organizational health and its aspects with teachers' job stress is positive. Also the different dimensions of communication skills and organizational health cannot predict job stress
