تبیین سلامت‌سازمانی براساس نقش مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان مدارس ابتدایی پسرانه دولتی شهر تهران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر، باهدف تبیین سلامت­سازمانی براساس نقش مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در مدارس ابتدایی پسرانه دولتی شهر تهران صورت گرفته­است. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده­ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه­آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مدارس ابتدایی پسرانه دولتی شهر تهران که 7848 نفر می‌باشند؛ که با استفاده از فرمول نمونه‌گیری کوکران تعداد 366 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. روش نمونه­گیری در این پژوهش، روش نمونه­گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای است. جهت گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اخلاق حرفه‌ای، پرسشنامه سلامت­سازمانی هوی و فیلدمن(1987) استفاده ‌شده­است. جهت تعیین روایی پرسشنامه، از روایی محتوایی و سازه استفاده شد. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ(اخلاق حرفه‌ای 94/0 و سلامت­سازمانی 88/0) ارزیابی شد. اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده در این پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصیفی(محاسبه فراوانی، درصد، ترسیم نمودار، تدوین جدول و انحراف­استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی،آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss ویرایش 22 و lisrel8.8 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. یافته­ها نشان داد: ابعاد اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان قابلیت تبیین سلامت­سازمانی مدارس ابتدایی پسرانه دولتی شهر تهران را دارا می‌باشند. وضعیت کلیه مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای به‌ غیر از مؤلفه عدالت، بالاتر از میانگین فرضی پژوهش است. وضعیت سلامت­سازمانی در کلیه ابعاد به‌ غیراز مؤلفه‌های انسجام نهادی، حمایت منابع و نفوذ مدیر بالاتر از میانگین فرضی پژوهش قرار دارد. بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان و سلامت­سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

The present research studies the relationship between teacher’s professional ethics and organizational health in public primary schools of boys in Tehran. The method of the research is the practical purpose and data collection, descriptive from correlation type. The statistic population consisted of all public primary schools teachers in of boys in Tehran, 1393-94. According to the latest statistics, there are 7848 (consisting of 6984 women and 864 men). 366 peoples were selected for Kukran sample making formula. Sampling method in this study is multistage cluster sampling. Hoy and Feldman (1987) was used for data collection in professional ethics and organizational health questionnaire. To validate the questionnaire, was use content and construct validity. reliability was estimated through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient on Pilot study (professional ethics "0/94" and organizational health"0/88") too. Information obtained in this research using descriptive statistics(Frequency, percentage, charting, table editing and Standard deviation ) and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, one sample t test,) Using software spss 22 and lisrel8.8 were analyzed The results showed: Professional ethics components of teachers to explain ability organizational health in public primary schools of boys in Tehran respectively. all the components of professional ethics aspects, except for justice component were above average research hypotheses. Organizational health In all dimensions except institutional coherence, resources support and manager influence components were above average research hypotheses. There is a significant and positive relationship between the professional ethics of teachers and organizational health.
