تأثیر بلوغ سازمانی بر آمادگی الکترونیک سازمان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل کلیدی بلوغ سازمانی موثر در آمادگی الکترونیک سازمان (دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رشت) می­باشد که به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش، اعضاء هیأت علمی، مدیران و رؤسای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رشت بودند که 77 نفر آنان براساس جدول تعیین حداقل حجم نمونه بارتلت و همکاران و به روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن با کسب نظرات صاحبنظران و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید. در این پژوهش، یادگیری سازمانی براساس پرسشنامه نیف، فرهنگ سازمانی براساس مدل دنیسون، تعهد سازمانی براساس مدل آلن و مایر، ساختار سازمانی براساس پرسشنامه رابینز و دو عامل مدیریت و منابع انسانی سازمان و همچنین متغیر وابسته آمادگی الکترونیک سازمان با استفاده از گویه­های انتخابی بر پایه مرور ادبیات، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای شناسایی مهمترین عوامل موثر بر آمادگی الکترونیک از روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم­افزار  AMOSاستفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از تکنیک تحلیل مسیر نشان می­دهد که شش عامل بلوغ سازمانی مورد مطالعه 80 درصد از مجموع تغییرات متغیر وابسته پژوهش(آمادگی الکترونیک دانشگاه) را تبیین نمودند و دو متغیر فرهنگ و ساختار سازمانی دارای اثر مستقیم بر متغیر وابسته پژوهش بوده و چهار متغیر دیگر به طور غیرمستقیم بر متغیر وابسته موثر می­باشند.

چکیده [English]

This research, try to identify organizational maturity factors which lead to increase the organizational electronic readiness. The research design of the study was a descriptive study. The target population of this study was the faculty members, managers and bossess of Islamic Azad University of Rasht Branch, Iran.The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. In this study, organizational learning was analyzed based on Neefe questionnaire, organizational culture based on the Denison model and organizational commitment based on the Allen & Meyer model, organizational structure was analyzed based on Robins questionnaire and management and human resources factors were analyzed by selected indicators based on literuture review. To identify effective factors on e-readiness, Path Diagram technoque by AMOS software, was used. Based on the results of Path Diagram, six independent variables predict 80 percent of variations of dependent variable (organizational e-readiness) and two factors, organizational culture and structure lead to incresse organizational e-readiness, directly and organizational learing, commitment, management and human resiources have undirect effects on dependent variable.
