رابطه هوش اخلاقی با تعهد سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی در بین کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف توصیف رابطه بین هوش اخلاقی با تعهد سازمانی و اعتماد سازمانی در بین کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد مرودشت به تعداد170 نفر که 115 نفر از آن­ها به عنوان حجم نمونه براساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع نمونه‌گیری تصادفی بوده است. برای گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه‌های هوش اخلاقی لینک و کیل(2005،Lennick & Kiel)، تعهد سازمانی آلن و میر(1991، Allen&Meyer) و پرسشنامه اعتماد سازمانی دکتر بیه (2002،Bayh) بهره گرفته شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها در سطح آمار توصیفی از روش­های آماری میانگین، انحراف معیار و در سطح آمار استنباطی از روش­های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که بین هوش اخلاقی و تعهد سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود ندارد. اما درخصوص رابطه هوش اخلاقی با اعتماد سازمانی نتایج بیانگرآن بود که رابطه مستقیم و معناداری بین این دو متغیر وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
The aim of this study was to clarify the relationship between Moral Intelligence with organizational commitment and organizational trust among the employees of the Islamic Azad University Marvdasht Branch. The research method was descriptive Correlational method. The statistical community, including all Islamic Azad University Branch Marvdasht 170 number people 115 people from them was selected using random sampling method According to Table Morgan. In order to collect data three questionnaires include Moral Intelligence & Keil (2005)|, organizational commitment Allen&Meyer (1991), and the questionnaire organizational trust bayh (1998) utilized in this study. The data was analyzed using inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, multivariate stepwise regression). The results showed : ). The results showed Moral Intelligence have not meaningful relationships with organizational commitment. The results also indicated that the Moral Intelligence have relationship with organizational trust .
