تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر اثربخشی اخلاق حرفه‌ای ازدیدگاه معلمان استان قم

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر اثربخشی اخلاق حرفه‌ای ‌از دیدگاه معلمان مقاطع سه‌گانه تحصیلی استان قم انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا  توصیفی از نوع شیوه پیمایشی بوده است. از بین 10000 نفر جامعه آماری معلمان، بر اساس جدول مورگان، تعداد 384 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه­ای- نسبتی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ی محقق ‌ساخته شامل 48 گویه بر اساس طیف پنج درجه‌ای لیکرت طراحی شد که روایی محتوای آن توسط متخصصان تایید و پایایی آن، با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ 94/0 محاسبه گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها در آمار توصیفی ازمیانگین، انحراف معیار و درآمار استنباطی از آزمون t تک ‌متغیره‌ به کمک نرم افزار  SPSSاستفاده شد. نتایج‌ بدست آمده نشان داد شش عامل فردی، ساختار سازمانی، تکنولوژیکی، رهبری خدمتگزار، مذهبی و فرهنگی – اجتماعی بر اثربخشی اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان تاثیرگذارند. همچنین طبق نظر معلمان در این پژوهش عامل فردی بیشترین تأثیر و عامل تکنولوژیکی کمترین تأثیر را در اثربخشی اخلاق حرفه‌ای داشته است. با توجه به اهمیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای در توسعه سازمان، لازم است در تعیین اثربخشی و هدایت منابع از جمله منابع انسانی به میزان آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای در سازمان‌ها و موسسات ‌آموزشی توجه شود.

The present study was conducted with the aim of determining affecting factors on efficiency of professional ethics from the viewpoint of teachers of Qom province .The research methodology is descriptive-survey and applied in terms of data collection and purpose respectively. Statistical population included teachers which amounted to 10000 teachers. The study's sample size was determined as384 teachers based on Morgan's table, and they were selected using proportional stratified random sampling method. In order to collect data self-constructed questionnaire which consists of 48 closed-ended questions was designed by researcher based on 5 Likert scale. The content-related validity of questionnaire was approved by experts, and its reliability was 0.94. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics such as (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test) Data analysis was carried out through SPSS software. The results showed that that six factors including personal, organizational structure, technological, servant leadership, religious and cultural-societal have influence over professional ethics of teachers. It was also revealed that according to teachers the personal factor is the most effective one and technological factor has the least influence on professional ethics. According the importance of professional ethics in organizational development, it is necessary to consider training of professional ethics of human resources in organizations and educational institutions
