بررسی رابطه صلاحیت‌های حرفه ای و انگیزش شغلی با میزان تمایل معلمان به مشارکت در تدوین برنامه درسی

چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور بررسی رابطه صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای و انگیزش شغلی با میزان تمایل معلمان به مشارکت در تدوین برنامه درسیانجام شد. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می­باشد. جامعه آماری 726 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدایی سال تحصیلی 94-93 شهرستان تربت حیدریه بودند. 267 نفر از طریق فرمول کرجسی و مورگان با استفاده از نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشارکت معلمان در تدوین برنامه درسی، صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای معلمان و انگیزش شغلی هکمن و الدهام صورت گرفت. روایی پرسشنامه­ها از طریق روایی محتوایی بررسی شد. پایایی پرسشنامه صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای معلمان با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 83/0، انگیزش شغلی81/0، میزان تمایل معلمان به مشارکت در تدوین برنامه درسی79/0 به دست آمد. از آزمون­های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون برای تحلیل داده­ها استفاده شد.­ نتایج نشان داد، بین صلاحیت­های حرفه ای و انگیزش شغلی معلمان با میزان تمایل آنها به مشارکت در تدوین برنامه درسی رابطه معناداری وجود داشت (05/0 p <).بین صلاحیت­های حرفه ای معلمان با انگیزش شغلی رابطه معناداری وجود داشت(05/0 p <). صلاحیت­های حرفه ای و انگیزش شغلی معلمان تمایل آنها به مشارکت در تدوین برنامه درسی را پیش­بینی می­کند.

چکیده [English]

This research is to investigate the relationship between teachers''professional competences and the job motivation with their willingness to participate in curriculum development was carried out. The population of 726 primary school teachers were the academic year 93-94 Torbat-e Heydarieh city. 267 persons were selected Using formula kerjeci and morgan  and  stratified random sampling. Data were collected by the researcher made questionnaire of teachers 'professional competences,and willingness to participate in curriculum development ,and job motivation of Aldham and Heckman . Through content validity, validity was evaluated. Reliability of questionnaire of teachers 'professional competences 0/83, questionnaire of job motivation 0/81, questionnaire of willingness to participate in curriculum development 0/79, using Cronbach's alpha was calculated. Pearson correlation test and regression analysis were used. The results showed that, there was a significant relationship , between the teachers' 'professional competences  and the job motivation with their willingness to participate in curriculum development (p < 0/05). The professional competencies of teachers there was a significant relationship with job motivation. There was a significant relationship between professional competencies with job motivation of teachers (p < 0/05) .Professional competence and job motivation, prediected willingness to participate teachers in the curriculum development  .
