انتقال یافته‌های تحقیقات کشاورزی با تاکید بر مولفه‌های خلق دانش و فناوری آموزش از دور

چکیده

هدف پژوهش طراحی مدل مطلوب مدیریت دانش با تاکید بر مولفه خلق دانش و فناوری آموزش از دور که با بکارگیری مدل­سازی ساختاری تفسیری در کنار مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری می­باشد. روش انجام پژوهش ترکیبی می­باشد. در مرحله اول جمع­آوری اطلاعات از روش دلفی از متخصصین انتقال دانش، شاخص­های اصلی استخراج و روایی آن تعیین گردید و در مرحله کمی پس از تعیین پایایی­، پرسشنامه در اختیار آزمون­شوندگان قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری1930 نفر شامل اعضای هیات علمی 325 نفر، مروّجان1300نفر و مربیان آموزشی 305 نفر از شاغلین موسسه­ها و مراکز تحقیقات کشاورزی بوده­اند که بر پایه جدول مورگان حجم نمونه به تفکیک گروه­ها به نسبت جمعیت­شان به شماره 641 نفر برآورد شد و نمونه­ها با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای تصادفی گزینش شده­اند. به منظور بسط مفهوم مدیریت دانش از طریق آموزش از دور، پرسش پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی و آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و استاندارد گردید در نتیجه یافته­های تحقیق، نشان می­دهد که 8 مولفه در انتقال دانش از طریق آموزش از راه دور اثر گزارند که خلق دانش و فناوری آموزش از دور را به عنوان دو شاخص اصلی معرفی که نقش بسزایی در انتقال یافته­های پژوهشی از طریق از راه دور دارند و مدیران نظام دانش و اطلاعات کشاورزی  باید به این دو مولفه نسبت به سایر مولفه ها، اهمیتی ویژه داشته باشند. پیشنهاد می شود ضمن مشارکت دادن کشاورزان در خلق دانش برای انتقال سریع یافته­های تحقیقات به بهره­برداران از فناوری­های آموزش از راه دور استفاده شود.

The purpose of the research is to design a Transfer findings with an emphasis on the compounent creation of knowledge and technology of distance learning that uses structural interpretive modeling along with modeling structural equations. The research method is a combinatorial. In the first stage of data collection with the Delphi method of knowledge transfer specialists, the main indicators were extracted and its validity was determined and at the quantitative stage after determining the reliability of the questionnaire, was provided to test examiners. The statistical population is 1930 people, including 325 faculty members, Promoters 1300 people, educational instructors of 305 people who were staff of agricultural research institutes and centers that based on Morgan's table the sample size was estimated to be 641 people by population group and samples were selected by using random stratified sampling method. In order to develop the concept of Transfer findings through distance learning, the research questionnaire was analyzed by using factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. As a result, the research findings show the research Which has eight components in knowledge transfer through distance learning introduced the creation of knowledge and technology of distance learning as two main indicators that play a significant role in the transfer of research findings from a distance. And the managers of the agricultural knowledge and information system should have these two components more important than other components. It is suggested that, in addition to contribute of farmers in creation of knowledge, in order to rapid transfer of research findings to the users, distance education technologies should be used.
