بررسی روابط چندگانه میان راهبردهای رهبری مثبت‌گرا، اشتیاق شغلی و نشاط اجتماعی در دانشگاه‌های‌آزاد اسلامی استان فارس

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی روابط چندگانه میان راهبردهای رهبری مثبت‌گرا، اشتیاق شغلی و نشاط اجتماعی در دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان فارس بود. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهوی توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از نظر روش جمع آوری داده‌ها کمی بوده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان فارس به تعداد 2003 نفر بودند که از این جامعه تعداد 385 نفر به عنوان نمونه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب گردیده و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه‌های رهبری مثبت‌گرا آقابابایی (1392) با 17 سوال، اشتیاق به کار (شوفلی و همکارانش 2006) با 17 سوال و پرسش‌نامه شادکامی آکسفورد (OHI) آرگایل (1990) با 29 سوال استفاده گردید. پایایی ابزار با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسش‌نامه رهبری مثبت­گرا (83/0)، پرسش‌نامه اشتیاق به کار (88/0) و پرسش‌نامه شادکامی (89/0) برآورد و تأیید گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار PLS Smart استفاده شد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد بین راهبردهای رهبری مثبت‌گرا با اشتیاق به کار و ابعاد آن، رابطه معنی داری مشاهده نشد، ولی رابطه معنی دار بین راهبردهای رهبری مثبت‌گرا با نشاط اجتماعی و ابعاد آن تأیید شد

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the strategies of positive leadership, work engagement and social vitality of Islamic Azad University, Fars province. The purpose of applied research and data collection research method was descriptive and correlational. The population consisted of all faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Fars Province (2003) were that the sample of 385 subjects selected by random cluster sampling method and were studied. In order to collect information from questionnaires positive leadership Aghababaei (1392) with 17 questions, work engagement Schaufeli et al. (2006) with 17 questions and Oxford Happiness Inventory (OHI) Argyle and Lu (1990) with 29 questions was used. Reliability using Cronbach alpha for positive leadership questionnaire (0/83), the question of work engagement (0/88) and Happiness Inventory (0/89) estimate and approved. For data analysis software Smart PLS is used. The results showed a positive relationship between leadership strategies with work engagement and its dimensions rejected but positive relationship between leadership strategies with social vitality and its dimensions approved.
