مدل مدیریت ریسک مبتنی بر سطوح بلوغ، قابلیت های منابع انسانی و کیفیت آموزش (مورد مطالعه: مجتمع گاز پارس جنوبی)

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدلی جهت مدیریت ریسک مبتنی بر سطوح بلوغ توانایی های کارکنان و کیفیت آموزش در کارکنان شرکت مجتمع گاز پارس جنوبی.است. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده آمیخته بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران ارشد صنعت نفت و گاز کشور بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع ده نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. گروه دوم از جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، شامل تمامی کارکنان مجتمع گازی پارس جنوبی بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و فرمول کوکران 380 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. در این پژوهش به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از روش کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته (بخش کیفی) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (بخش کمی) استفاده شد. به‌منظور محاسبه پایایی از روش پایایی بین دو کدگذار استفاده شد که نتایج بیانگر پایایی و روایی مصاحبه بود. به‌منظور بررسی روایی پرسشنامه نیز از روایی صوری، محتوا و سازه استفاده شد و به‌منظور محاسبه پایایی آن نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد که نتایج بیانگر روا و پایا بودن پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای تحلیل داده‌های کیفی پژوهش از طریق تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. در بخش کمّی نیز با توجه به سؤال‌های پژوهش از روش‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، جداول توزیع فراوانی و نمودار) و استنباطی (مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Spss و Lisrel استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی شامل فردی (0.78)، آموزشی (0.84) و سازمانی (0.80)، سطوح قابلیت های منابع انسانی شامل سطوح مقدماتی یا ابتدایی (0.83)، مدیریت شده (0.83) پیش بینی شده (0.87)، تعریف شده (0.48) و بهینه شده (0.29) بود و مدیریت ریسک نیز شامل مولفه های نوآوری (0.67)، محیط ریسک پذیر (0.73)، ریسک پذیری مدیریتی (0.84)، کارایی هیأت مدیره (0.67) و مدیریت ریسک یکپارچه (0.65) بود؛ ارتقای کیفیت آموزش (0.44) و سطوح بلوغ قابلیت‌های منابع انسانی (0.41) بر مدیریت ریسک تأثیر داشت؛ بر اساس مؤلفه‌های شناسایی شده مدلی ارائه شد که برازش مناسبی داشت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to provide a model for risk management based on the Human Resources Maturity Levels and Education Quality of the South Pars Gas Complex Company.The population of the study in qualitative part includes academic experts and senior managers of the country's oil and gas industry. Among them, the sample was selected according to purposive sampling and 10 person’s saturation method. The second group of the study population includes All employees of the South Pars gas complex. The sample size of 180 was selected by multilevel random sampling method. Data collection was done by library method, semi-structured interviews (qualitative part) and questionnaire (quantitative part) was used. Interviews with experts indicate that the interview was valid and for measuring the reliability, the method of between two coders was used. the results indicated that the interviews were valid and reliable. For measuring the questionnaires’ validity, the face, content and construct validity were measured and for measuring the questionnaires’ reliability, Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient and combination reliability were used. the results indicated that the researched made questionnaire was valid and reliable. Data analysis was done thrugh content analysis. According to the study research questions, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution tables and charts) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling, exploratory factor analysis and one sample t-test) were used In quantitative part using SPSS and Lisrel soft wares. The results of the study indicated that the components of educational quality improvement include individual (0.78), organizational (0.80) and educational (0.84) and maturity include individual (0.65), organizational (0.66) and educational (0.75) , the PCMM levels Introductory (0.83), managed (0.83), Predicted (0.87), divined (0.48) and optimized (0.29) and risk management components innovation (0.67), Risky environment (0.73), Management Risk (0.84), Efficiency of the board (0.67) and finally Integrated risk management (0.65) Also, education quality improvement (0.44) and human resources capabilities maturity levels (0.41) had an significant impact on risk management; based on the identified components, model was proposed that fitted well.
