ارائه مدل سازمان یاددهنده برای دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده

سازمان یاددهنده سازمانی است که در آن همه اعضاء مشغول یاددادن و یادگرفتن هستند و امر یاددهی و یادگیری بدون توجه به جایگاه سازمانی افراد در آن سازمان انجام می شود. پژوهش حاضر به منظور ارائه مدل سازمان یاددهنده برای دانشگاه فرهنگیان صورت گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و مدل یابی و از نظر تحلیل نتایج، همبستگی از نوع علی است که با استفاده از روش میدانی انجام شد. ابزار بکار گرفته شده در این پژوهش پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی صوری، محتوایی و سازه آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، کلیه اعضای هیأت علمی و کارشناسان دانشگاه فرهنگیان بودند. حجم جامعه آماری این پژوهش 3686 نفر بود که 418 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از نوع سهمی انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول کوهن استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی، استنباطی و مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان دهنده آن است که مدل تدوین شده سازمان یاددهنده برای دانشگاه فرهنگیان برازش مناسبی دارد و همه مؤلفه‌های مدل ارائه شده از نظر آماری معنادار هستند.

چکیده [English]

A teaching organization is the organization that all members are teaching and learning in it and teaching and learning is done regardless of the position of the people in that organization. The purpose of the present research was presentation teaching ّorganization model for Farhangian Universitiy. This research is an applied one and modeling and based on the analysis of results is a casual correlation. It was done by field study. Used instrument was self- made questionnaire that the superficial, content and structure validity was confirmed. Also its reliability was confirmed using of Cronbach alpha. Statistical society of the present research was all faculty members and the experts of Farhangian University. Statistical society was 3686 people. 418 people were selected using of partial and available sampling method from the statistical society. Cohen table was used to determine the sample size. The analysis of data was done using of descriptive statistics, inferential and structural equation modeling. The results show that the Fitness of teaching organization model for Farhangian University is proper and all the components of presented model are statistically significant.
