شناسایی نشانگان کامیابی شغلی معلمان و ارزیابی وضع موجود آن

چکیده

پژوهش آمیخته حاضر با هدف شناسایی نشانگان کامیابی شغلی معلمان و ارزیابی وضع موجود آن در میان معلمان مدارس شهر خرم‌آباد انجام‌ شده است. در بخش کیفی با کاربست روش­های نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و رویکرد گلوله برفی، 13 نفر از معلمان باتجربه، نمونه و مشهور که بنا بر گزارش والدین و مدیران می‌توان آن‌ها را کامیاب تلقی نمود، انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری مصاحبه­ها، 37 نشانگر در 3 بعد شناسایی شد. در بخش کمی این پژوهش با استفاده از نشانگرهای شناسایی ‌شده پرسشنامه‌ای با روایی محتوایی تأیید شده و پایایی مناسب (آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 7/.) تدوین شد و توسط 325 معلمی که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای انتخاب شده بودند،  تکمیل گردید. از طریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 37 نشانگر شناسایی‌شده در 3 بعد (ویژگی‌های شخصی، عجین شدن با شغل و رضایت شغلی) طبقه­بندی شد. در مرحله بعد همان‌طور که نتایج آزمون (T تک نمونه‌ای) نشان داد، معلمان کامیابی شغلی معناداری را تجربه کرده­اند و هر سه عامل کامیابی شغلی آن‌ها متوسط به بالا ارزیابی شد. این پژوهش کامیابی شغلی معلمان را مورد بررسی قرار می­دهد و متغیر و پرسشنامه کامیابی شغلی معلمان را به پژوهشگران علاقه­مند پیشنهاد می­کند. در پایان، در مورد یافته­ها بحث شده است.

Reflection on Thriving at Work among Teachers: a Mixed Research

چکیده [English]

Abstract: the present mixed Research has been implemented with the aim of identifying indicators of thriving at work and evaluating the existent status of of khoramabad teachers. in qualitative section, by using purposeful and snow-ball sampling, some famous, experienced and excellent teachers, who according to parents' and administrators' report can be regarded as enjoying thriving at work, were selected and interviewed. 37 indicators and 10 dimensions were recognized by using content analysis and coding procedure of interviews. In the quantitative section of this Research, based on the identified indicators and dimensions a valid and reliable questionnaire was developed and completed by325 teachers. By exploratory factor analysis, 37 indicators were indentified and were classified into 3 factors (personality traits, work engagement and job satisfaction). In the next phase, as the results of one-sample t-test indicated teachers have meaningful experience of thriving at work and the three factors of thriving at work were evaluated at moderate to high among them.
