تبیین رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی با توجه به نقش واسطه ای تسهیم دانش در اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اسلامشهر

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی با توجه به نقش واسطه ای تسهیم دانش در اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اسلامشهر بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی – همبستگی با تاکید بر حداقل مربعات جزئی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را همه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اسلامشهر به تعداد 316 نفر تشکیل می‌دادند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد و تعداد 169 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده‌ها بر اساس سه پرسشنامه سرمایة اجتماعی، تسهیم دانش و یادگیری سازمانی صورت گرفت، که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آن‌ها به ترتیب 81/0، 86/0 و 91/0 به دست آمد و روایی محتوایی و سازه آن‌ها با استفاده از نظر متخصصان تایید شد. به منظور بررسی توزیع داده­ها و پاسخ به سؤالات پژوهش و رسم و تدوین مدل اندازه­گیری و مدل ساختاری از نرم­افزارهای SPSS نسخه 20 و  Smart PLS نسخه 0/2 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد: سرمایه اجتماعی بر یادگیری سازمانی و تسهیم دانش و هم چنین تسهیم دانش بر یادگیری سازمانی تأثیرگذار است و همچنین تسهیم دانش در رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی، نقش تعدیل­گری دارد و از نوعِ میانجی جزیی است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was determine the relationship between social capital and organizational learning Given the Intermediate role of knowledge sharing among faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Islamshahr Branch. The present study is descriptive and correlational, with primary focus on least squares. The statistical population of this study consists of 316 faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Islamshahr Branch. Following Morgan Table and simple random sampling, 169 members were selected as sample of the study. The research was conducted through three questionnaires as, Social Inventory Organizations, Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire and Organizational Learning Questionnaire. Their Cronbach's alpha Coefficients were measured and obtained 0/81, 0/86 and 0/91 respectively. Moreover, they were narrative and content-related. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the distribution of data and to answer the research questions, and to develop a model for measuring. For this purpose, structural modeling of SPSS software version 20 and Smart PLS version 0.2 were used. The results of this study showed that social capital has an effect on organizational learning and knowledge sharing as well as knowledge sharing on organizational learning. Also, knowledge sharing for the relationship between social capital and organizational learning has a moderating role and is a minor type of mediator.
