سیاست گذاری آموزش در ایران با توجه به نظریه حکمرانی خوب (مطالعه موردی؛ شاخص اعتماد عمومی)

چکیده

هدف پژوهش، سیاست‌گذاری آموزش در ایران با توجه به نظریه حکمرانی خوب با توجه به؛ شاخص اعتماد عمومی است و روش تحقیق، توصیفی- پیمایشی است و ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر زمان مقطعی است. جامعه پژوهش معلمان منطقه 1 شهر تهران است که با علت جامعه بزرگ معلمان، با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای تعداد 265 معلم به‌عنوان نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب شد. روش گرداوری اطلاعات مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است و برای سنجش متغیرهای از پرسشنامه استفاده شد و جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد که طبق نتایج حاصل از پژوهش آموزش‌های اعتماد عمومی ازجمله تعامل، مدارا، مشارکت، جامعه‌پذیری، اطمینان، صداقت و درستکاری، ریسک‌پذیری ازجمله سیاست‌گذاری‌های آموزشی در بین دانش آموزان دوران ابتدایی است. طبق نتایج حاصل از جدول، در رابطه با میانگین متغیر تعامل، مدارا، اطمینان و ریسک‌پذیری، کمتر از حد متوسط است و لازم است سیاست‌گذاری‌های آموزشی در این زمینه در خصوص تقویت شود و میانگین متغیرهای مشارکت، جامعه‌پذیری و صداقت و درستکاری بیشتر از حد متوسط است و در سطح بالایی از اعتماد عمومی برخوردار است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the research is to make education policy in Iran according to the theory of good governance according to; It is an indicator of public trust and the research method is descriptive-survey and it is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of cross-sectional time. The teachers' research community is in District 1 of Tehran. Due to the large population of teachers, 265 teachers were selected using cluster random sampling using Cochran's formula. The method of data collection is library and field studies and a questionnaire was used to measure the variables. Spss software was used to analyze the information. According to the results of the research, public trust training including interaction, tolerance, participation, socialization, Confidence, honesty, and risk-taking are among the educational policies among elementary school students. According to the results of the table, in relation to the average variable of interaction, tolerance, confidence and risk-taking, it is less than average and it is necessary to strengthen educational policies in this regard and the average variables of participation, sociability, and honesty and Honesty is above average and has a high level of public trust.
