بررسی تاثیر سوادآموزی برکاهش آسیب های اجتماعی و توسعه اقتصادی

چکیده

رعایت هنجارهای اجتماعی یکی از مهم ترین اصول زندگی است و نخستین شرط لازم برای پیشرفت و رسیدن به توسعه پایدار برای جامعه متمدن محسوب می­شود. هدف از مقاله حاضر بررسی تاثیر سوادآموزی برکاهش آسیب های اجتماعی و توسعه اقتصادی است. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی- تفسیری است که مشارکت کنندگان به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده­ها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با 12 نفر از آموزش دهندگان شهر شیراز جمع­آوری شده است. مصاحبه­ها ثبت و ضبط و یادداشت برداری شد و با روش پنج مرحله­ای توصیف، تفسیر و تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. برای اعتبار سنجی از روش کنترل اعضا استفاده شد. یافته­های این پژوهش نشان می­دهد که سواد آموزی باعث تقویت مهارت­های ده­گانه زندگی و تقویت راهکارهای مقابله ای در افراد می گردد. این مهارت ها توانایی اجتماعی و روحی افراد را افزایش می دهند و موجب می شوند تا فرد بتواند به نحوی بهتر و موثرتر با مشکلات و دشواری های زندگی مواجه شود. هم چنین قدرت سازگاری افراد را بالا می برد و باعث می شود شخص بتواند مسوولیت های اجتماعی و شخصی زندگی را بهتر بپذیرد، توانمندی هایش را بروز دهد و از آسیب های ناشی از ناتوانی در حل مشکلات در امان بماند. بنابراین سوادآموزی بر کاهش آسیب های اجتماعی موثر بوده و باعث بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی فرد و کاهش هزینه ها و توسعه اقتصادی جامعه می گردد.

The Effect of Adult Literacy on Economic Development and Reduction of Social Harms
The issue of considering social norms is of great importance in any civilized community. Confronting social values will lead to gradual collapse of the society and threatens its security. The purpose of this research is to find the effect of adult literacy on economic development and the reduction of social harms. Data was gathered from 12 adult literacy teachers in Shiraz and the samples were chosen purposefully. Deep interviews were continued until saturation of the information. In order to interpret the interviews, descriptive statistics was used. Thematic content analysis was conducted to analyze and describe data. The results showed that adults’ learning and literacy would improve life skills as well as economic development individually and socially by using excitement focus approach and problem focused approach coping strategies. These strategies increase social and mental capacities of individuals and helps them to be more effective in dealing with problems as well as improving their capabilities.
