ارائه مدل استقرار مدیریت ناب در مدارس متوسطه دوره اول شهر تهران

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: از رویکردهای نو و موثر که امروزه در بسیاری از سازمان ها و شرکت های تولیدی ، خدماتی ، تجاری وحتی اداری مورد توجه قرار گرفته مدیریت ناب است که با شناسایی و حذف اتلاف ها از طریق نو آوری و بهبود مستمر ، موجب افزایش بهره وری در سازمان ها شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه مدل جهت استقرار مدیریت ناب در مدارس متوسطه دوره اول است.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر از  نظر هدف کاربردی؛ از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها توصیفی- پیمایشی؛ از نظر نوع داده ها آمیخته( کمی و کیفی ) است. در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 15 نفر از متخصصین حوزه مدیرت که به روش هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند، صورت گرفت و  با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوا،  پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر 7 بخش و 60 سئوال مبتنی بر مقیاس لیکرت ایجاد گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها توسط خبرگان حوزه مدیریت آموزشی مورد تایید قرار گرفت، علاوه بر آن برای بررسی روایی سازه از دو معیار روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 98/0 برآورد گردید. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 1059 نفر از همه مدیران متوسطه دوره اول شهر تهران بودند که از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 283 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و LISREL صورت گرفت و از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و معادلات ساختاری برای تجزیه تحلیل پژوهش استفاده شد.  
یافته‌ها: در بخش یافته ها مدل مدیریت ناب برای مدارس با 7 مولفه اصلی مدیریت و رهبری، ساختار، منابع انسانی، ارتباطی، تکنولوژی، فرهنگ سازمانی و فرایند  و 60  مولفه فرعی شناسایی شده، ارائه گردید

Abstract
Background and Aim: The main purpose of this study is to provide a model for establishing lean management in junior high schools.
Methodology: The method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose; In terms of descriptive-survey data collection method; In terms of data type, it is mixed (quantitative and qualitative). In the qualitative section, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 management experts who were selected by purposeful method and snowball, and using the results of content analysis, a questionnaire consisting of 7 sections and 60 questions based on the Likert scale was created.
Results: finally, the lean management model for schools with 7 main components. Management and leadership, structure, human resources, communication, technology, organizational culture and process and 60 identified sub-components were presented.
