تأثیرآموزش هدف گذاری بر خود تنظیمی و انگیزش تحصیلی در دانش آموزان نوجوان پسر شهر اصفهان

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش تأثیر آموزش هدف‌گذاری بر خودتنظیمی و انگیزش تحصیلی در دانش آموزان نوجوان پسر شهر اصفهان بوده است.
روش‌شناسی: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه دانش آموزان پسر پایه اول متوسطه شهر اصفهان بودند که از میان دانش آموزان متوسطه شهر اصفهان در سال 97 مراجعه کننده به موسسه سلامت اندیشان مهر، به‌طور تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده و تعداد 40 نفر از دانش آموزان با خودتنظیمی پایین و انگیزش تحصیلی پایین انتخاب شدند که از طریق پرسشنامه خودتنظیمی بوفارد و همکاران که در سال ۱۹۹۵ طراحی و توسط کدیور در سال ۱۳۸۰ در ایران هنجاریابی شده است و نیز مقیاس انگیزش تحصیلی AMS (2009) شناسایی شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل جایابی شدند. نوع پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی است. پس از انجام پیش آزمون گروه آزمایشی 8 جلسه آموزش هدف‌گذاری دریافت کرد ولی گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرد. برای بررسی تفاوت میانگین‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری (MANCOVA) با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSS ویراست21تحلیل شد
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش هدف‌گذاری بر خودتنظیمی و انگیزش تحصیلی در دانش آموزان نوجوان پسر شهر اصفهان تأثیر معنی‌داری داشته و باعث افزایش خودتنظیمی و افزایش انگیزش تحصیلی گردیده است.

Abstract
Background and Aim: The objective behind conducting this research was the effect of goal-setting instruction on self-regulation and educational motivation in Isfahan adolescent students.
Methodology: The population of the current study was all the students at the first grade of Esfahan high schools who were simple randomly selected in (2018) referring to Salamat Andishan-e-Mehr40 students with low self-regulation and low educational motivation were selected based on the self-regulation questionnaire designed by Boffard et al. in 1995 and which was standardized by Kadivar in Iran in 1380 and also educational motivation scale AMS (2009) was identified and were randomly assigned in experimental and control groups. The study is semi-experimental in type. After administering the pretest, the experimental group received 8 goal-setting teaching session but the control group received no specific training. So as to examine the difference in averages due to a diffraction source and also regarding the presence of some dependent variables, using SPSS version 21, MANCOVA was conducted
Results: The results of the analysis indicated that goal-setting instruction has a significant effect on Isfahan adolescent students' self-regulation and educational motivation and has increased self-regulation
