شناسایی الگوی بومی دانشگاه نسل چهارم کارآفرینی دانشگاه آزاد و بررسی ویژگی‎های روانسنجی آن

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگوی بومی دانشگاه نسل چهارم کارآفرینی دانشگاه آزاد تهران به روش کیفی از نوع نظریه مبنایی صورت گرفته است. پژوهشگر با استفاده از یک طرح کیفی به شناسایی مولفه‌های سازنده الگوی بومی دانشگاه نسل چهارم کارآفرینی پرداخته که ضمن مرور ادبیات و مطالعه تجارب جهانی دراین خصوص، به شناسایی عناصر الگو پرداخته شد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این امر به منظور کشف عناصر بومی درخصوص دانشگاه نسل چهارم کارآفرینی است. در ادامه الگوی بومی دانشگاه نسل چهارم کارآفرینی بر اساس نظرات به دست آمده از متخصصان طراحی شده است. جامعه آماری شامل همه ی متون کتابخانه‌ای و صاحب نظران و خبرگان موضوع دانشگاه‌های نسل چهارم کارآفرینی که به روش گلوله برفی و قانون اشباع نظری، 18نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل فرم مصاحبه نیمه سازمان‌یافته بوده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها از کدگذاری نظری استفاده شده است.
یافته ­ها: حاضر نشان می‌دهد که الگوی بومی دانشگاه نسل چهارم کارآفرینی  توسعه، ارزش‌گذاری نوین، تدوین چشم‌انداز مشترک و تقویت تفکر استراتژیک، یادگیری در عمل، یادگیری حل مساله، انطباق توانایی دانش‎آموختگان بانیاز بازار کار، حمایت ازکار تیمی، روحیه پژوهش‎محوری، توانمندی بین دانش‎نظری و کاربرد تاکید شد.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: دانشگاه‌های نسل چهارم، دانشگاه‌هایی با ماموریت آموزشی، پژوهشی، کارآفرینی و مبتنی بر فناوری نرم هستند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: This study aimed to provide a native model of the fourth generation of entrepreneurship university of Tehran Azad University in a qualitative method of basic theory. Using a qualitative design, the researcher has identified the components of the native model of the fourth generation of the University of Entrepreneurship, which, while reviewing the literature and studying global experiences in this regard, has identified the elements of the model.
Research methodology: This is to discover the indigenous elements of the fourth generation of entrepreneurship university. In the following, the native model of the fourth generation of entrepreneurship university has been designed based on the opinions obtained from experts. The statistical population includes all library texts and experts on the subject of fourth generation entrepreneurship universities, which were selected by snowball method and theoretical saturation law, 18 people. The research tool included a semi-organized interview form. Theoretical coding was used to analyze the data obtained from the interviews.
Findings: The present shows that the indigenous model of the fourth generation university is development entrepreneurship, new valuation, formulating a common vision and strengthening strategic thinking, learning in practice, problem-solving learning, adapting the ability of graduates to the labor market, Support for teamwork, research-oriented spirit, empowerment between theoretical knowledge and application were emphasized.
Conclusion: Fourth generation universities are universities with educational, research, entrepreneurship and soft technology based missions.
