تبیین و شناسائی مؤلفه های توانمند سازی کارکنان (مطالعه موردی: دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل)

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش به منظور تبیین و شناسایی مؤلفه های توانمند سازی کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل انجام شده است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش شناسی توصیفی  و از نوع پیمایشی- کاربردی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل که در سال 1398 مشغول به کار       می باشند، به تعداد 7319 نفر تشکیل می داد. از این تعداد 380 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان و از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شد. داده های این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بدست آمد، برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی (تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، tتک نمونه ای و آزمون فریدمن)SPSS24  استفاده گردید که پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ (96/0) گزارش گردید.
یافته­ ها: نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده های بدست آمده نشان داد که ساختار عاملی پرسشنامه مؤلفه های توانمندسازی همبستگی های مشاهده شده معنادار  و مدل از برازندگی خوبی  برخوردار است.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: در کل نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفه های چهارگانه توانمندسازی یعنی (فردی، میان فردی، سازمانی و فنی) از دیدگاه کارکنان مورد تأیید می باشد و مقدار آماره t نشان داد که مؤلفه های توانمندسازی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل از دیدگاه نمونه آماری مورد تایید هستند هم چنین نتایج به دست آمده از آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که مقدار آماره خی 2 (817/1068) در خصوص جایگاه و اهمیت هرکدام از مؤلفه های توانمندسازی از دیدگاه کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل در سطح اطمینان 95/0 معنادار می باشد. بر این اساس بالاترین رتبه به مؤلفه سازمانی و پایین ترین رتبه مربوط به مؤلفه فنی است

Introduction: This study was conducted to explain and identify the components of staff empowerment of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences.
research methodology: The present study is descriptive and survey-applied in terms of methodology. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees working in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences who are working in 2019, numbering 7319 people. From this number, 380 people were selected using Morgan table and stratified random sampling method appropriate to the volume. The data of this study were obtained using a researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive (frequency, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (confirmatory factor analysis, one-sample t-test and Friedman test) SPSS24 were used to analyze the data. It was reported using Cronbach's alpha (0.96).
Findings: The results of the analysis of the obtained data showed that the factor structure of the questionnaire of empowerment components of the observed correlations is significant and the model has a good fit.
Conclusion: In general, the results showed that the four components of empowerment (individual, interpersonal, organizational and technical) are approved from the perspective of employees and the value of t-statistic showed that the components of empowerment in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences from the perspective of case study The results obtained from Friedman test also showed that the value of Chi 2 (1017.817) statistics regarding the position and importance of each of the empowerment components from the perspective of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences staff is significant at a confidence level of 0.95. Accordingly, the highest rank is related to the organizational component and the lowest rank is related to the technical component.
