مقایسه صلاحیت های حرفه ای مدیران سازمان های ورزشی دولتی برحسب سطوح مدیریت

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: تدوین شایستگی های موردنیاز برای تصدی پست های مدیریتی و نیز ارائه مدل انتخاب فرد مناسب از میان مستعدین، اصلیترین شرط برای تحقق نظام شایسته سالاری است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه صلاحیت های حرفه ای مدیران سازمان های ورزشی دولتی بر حسب سطوح مدیریت  انجام گردید
روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش های ترکیبی به شمار می رود و طرح پژوهش از نوع اکتشافی است. همچنین از نظر هدف و ماهیت، کاربردی است. برای این منظور ابتدا با مطالعه عمیق ادبیات موضوع، معیارهای اولیه صلاحیت های حرفه ای استخراج و مدل اولیه تدوین گردید. در بخش کیفی، 18 نفر (16مرد و 2 زن) از استادان و خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی در دانشگاه های سراسر کشور، وزارت ورزش و جوانان و باشگاه های فرهنگی و ورزشی با روش نمونه گیری شبکه متخصصان انتخاب و برای اصلاح یا تعدیل معیارها و زیرمعیارهای مدل اولیه با آنها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجام گرفته و بر اساس نتایج تحلیل مصاحبه پیش مدل اصلاح و زیرمعیارها تعیین شدند. در نهایت جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از  ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ پژوهشگر انجام شد. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری مدیران سازمان های ورزشی در استان اصفهان به تعداد 5101 نفر بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری این تحقیق تصادفی طبقه‌ای (سطح مدیریت) متناسب با حجم نمونه و با استناد به جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 361 نفر حجم نمونه آماری به دست آمد. پس از انجام یک مطالعه مقدماتی و تعیین واریانس سؤالات؛ از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه ‌‌‌‌‌‌91/0 به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌های این تحقیق از آزمون‌ تحلیل واریانس استفاده گردید.
یافته­ ها: صلاحیت های حرفه ای در مدیران سازمان های ورزشی دولتی عبارت بودند از: رویه تجاری سازی ورزش، مهارت های مدیریت با ریسک پذیری، فرهنگ سازمانی مبتنی بر اخلاق حرفه ای، مسئولیت پذیری همراه با نتیجه گرایی و مدیریت عملکرد همراه با یادگیری که در سطوح مختلف مدیریتی (بالایی، میانی و پایینی) تفاوت معنی‌داری داشتند
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: مدیران ورزشی در سطوح مختلف می‌توانند با کسب مهارت‌‌‌های لازم در این حیطه، شرایط بهبود و ارتقای فنی و رفتاری خود را مهیا کنند و همچنین با شناخت پیامدهای حاصل از رفتار‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های واکنشی مثبت مدیران در ارائۀ بازخورد از رفتار‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های واکنشی مثبت و طبیعی استفاده کنند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Developing the necessary competencies for holding managerial positions and also presenting a model for selecting the right person from among the talented is the main condition for the realization of the meritocracy system. so the aim of this study was to determine the Comparison of professional competencies of managers government sports organizations according to management levels.
research methodology: This study is a combination of research and the research design is exploratory. It is also practical in terms of purpose and nature. For this purpose, firstly, by in-depth study of the literature, the basic criteria of professional competencies were extracted and the initial model was developed. In the qualitative section, 18 people (16 men and 2 women) from professors and experts in sports management in universities across the country, the ministry of sports and youth and cultural and sports clubs were selected by sampling method of a network of specialists and semi-structured interviews were conducted with them to modify or adjust the criteria and sub-criteria of the original model. Based on the results of the pre-model interview analysis, the modification and sub-criteria were determined. Finally, data were collected using the research tool of the researcher questionnaire. In a quantitative part, the statistical population of managers of sports organizations in Isfahan province was 5101 people. The sampling method of this stratified random sampling study (management level) was proportional to the sample size and based on Krejcie and Morgan table, 361 people were statistically sampled. After conducting a preliminary study and determining the variance of the questions; Through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.91. Analysis of variance was used to analyze the findings of this study.
Findings: Professional competencies in managers of government sports organizations were: sport commercialization procedure, risk management skills, professional ethics-based organizational culture, responsibility with consequentialism, and performance management with learning at different levels of management (top, Middle and lower) were significantly different.
Conclusion: It seems that to improve the response of lipid profile to one session aerobic exercise, 15 days’ cinnamon supplementation can be used.
