رابطه ی خود کارآمدی با اثربخشی رهبری در بین مدیران دبیرستان های استان گیلان

چکیده

این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی رابطه خود-کارآمدی با اثربخشی رهبری در بین مدیران مدارس استان گیلان در سال تحصیلی 89-1388 انجام گرفته است. روش انجام پژوهش، توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری، شامل تمامی مدیران و دبیران مدارس دولتی متوسطه استان گیلان بوده است. نمونه انتخاب شده در برگیرنده تعداد 230 نفر مدیر و 690 نفر دبیر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه گیری دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 49 پرسشی خود-کارآمدی و 48 پرسشی اثربخشی رهبری بود. با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی 87/0 برای پرسشنامه خود-کارآمدی و 86/0 برای پرسشنامه اثربخشی رهبری به دست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون t، تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون چند متغیره سلسله مراتبی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که، همبستگی معناداری بین خود-کارآمدی مدیران متوسطه استان گیلان و اثربخشی رهبری وجود دارد. نتایج نشان داد که، از لحاظ جنسیت تفاوت معناداری بین خود-کارآمدی مدیران وجود ندارد. اما سابقه مدیریت باعث تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین ها گردید. به علاوه، نتایج نشان داد در خصوص اثربخشی مدیران با توجه به جنسیت و سابقه مدیریت نیز تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. هم چنین نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که تفاوت معناداری بین مقدار خود-کارآمدی مدیران و رشته تحصیلی و منطقه محل خدمت وجود دارد.

A Study of the Relationship between Self-efficacy and Leadership Effectiveness of High School Principals in Gilan

چکیده [English]

The goal of this study was to investigate the relationship between high school principals’ self-efficacy and leadership effectiveness in Gilan in the school year 1388-1389. The population of this survey correlational research included all high school principals and teachers in Gilan. The study sample comprised 230 principals and 690 teachers selected through stratified sampling strategy. Two standardized questionnaires were used to assess self-efficacy and high school leadership effectiveness. The reliability indexes (Cronbach’s Alpha) of the instruments were 0.87 and 0.86 respectively. A use was made of independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA and hierarchical multivariate regression to analyze data. The results indicated that there was a positive correlation between the respondents’ level of leadership self-efficacy and leadership effectiveness. The principals’ management experience affected mean differences. There was no significant difference in principals’ effectiveness in regard to gender and experience. Additionally, It was revealed that there was a significant difference between the level of principals’ self-efficacy and their education and service location.
